The X-Men online slot is another favourite of mine on the playtech platform. There’s a few reasons and I’ll point them out one by one, if you bear with me!

First off, it’s one of the Marvel Jackpot-line slots, meaning there are four different progressive  jackpots  to be won! (i won the smaller one for 300 $ so i know for  a fact its not about betsize, because i was betting very low:))

Jackpots aside, this game has  a ton of cool features!  Lets sum them up:

We have the “Unlimited Free Spins” and the “X-feature”. You might say “that’s not  a ton!” but, these two games aren’t just your average ones. This 5 reel, 25-payline slot, consists of Hero and Villain symbols, added are a wild and  a scatter.

If any of the Hero symbols, in any combination, line up in the middle to form an “X” you’ll win 5 x total bet in addition to any winning lines, made with the symbols. That’s nice, and this can happen several times in  a row: mind you this feature isn’t active during Free Spins. The Free Spins however are the best! When you hit three or more X-scatters, the fun starts:

Scatters are removed, and instead you’ll receive an extra wild: the villain Magneto, which is the only remaining villain on the reels, since like the scatters, the rest is removed. This means you’ll now have increased chances of making  a nice “heroic” win, since only heroes appear and there are two wild symbols instead of one! And to top that off, the spins are unlimited!

However, the spins will change when the Magneto-wild lands  anywhere on the third reel, then all heroes are removed, and you will get 8 “villain” spins: luckily they have an added wild too, which is the “Xavier-wild”. And yes, if he lands anywhere on reel 3, it will go back to unlimited Hero-spins again!

Hence, this feature represents a ton… of FUN!
